I live in Tennessee and I expected it would take up to 5 days to get something from them, as other vendors from NY take. Once I ordered my Canon 30D (best price online I could find) It arrived 2 days later!!! They are very fast. I also ordered a filter for a lens, but it came with a small chip on the edge, so I emailed them with a picture showing the chip. They emailed back immediately that I should keep that filter and they would mail out another filter to replace it ASAP. It arrived a few days later.
