Good, but noisy,

Purchased this 1-hp version as an upgrade replacement for a 9-year-old 1-hp Hayward II Super pump that seized-up. The 2" suction fitting is about 1.5" higher than the old pump, so that required some minor creative plumbing, but not hard to do...."
