" So it's my fault for ordering the wrong size, but they're telling me it's going to take up to 4 weeks for a refund! I just wanted to exchange sizes.... guess I'll spend the extra for Zappo level service next time. Oh wait.... it's the same company. Guess it's back to buying shoes "

" This purchase ranks with worst online shopping experiences ever. I got the wrong product and customer service does not return mesages sent through their system. The return site has a stern warning that returns of incorrect or damaged items must contact them first. I don't think I will be back here. "
