" It is easy an convenient to shop at 6 PM.com. However the return process is not as efficient. The return process keeps me from ordering more because the processing takes an extremely long time and the consumer is not notified of the credit being placed in your bank account. Therefore one must keep going to bank to see if it has processed. Much easier to order than return. "
