"They NEVER answered two e-mails I sent for product inquiries. They did respond to a phone call. When calling back everything was busy with no option to wait. Ordered (I hope the correct product) but it's going to take 2WEEKS to get a pump seal???? I will remember to order a tear before the seal goes out next time. Their information is very poor."
