"We tried calling and leaving messages after hours but never got a response. When we called during business hours we talked to Terri and she got a quote for us and returned our call the next day. She was extremely helpful. When your shipping says Millitary--it is confusing so we wanted help figuring out what we were to do. Changing this may be helpful to future prospective customers that are not in the Millitary!!"

"We ordered the mattress for people over 300 lbs. It was as hard as a rock and my wife and I both had immediate back aches. It is sitting in my hallway now, because I can't stand to sleep on it. We are going to try to put a topper over it. I do not recommend this mattress. There is no return policy on it. The company itself was good to deal with. The order was processed and delivered fine. "
