"I was charged twice on my debit card for one item. which i still have not recieved. No one will call me back to discuss the overcharge. They sent me an email saying their records didnt show it. I offered to fax my bank statement. Never got a reply. what a ripoff. dont use them."

"Very well organized and easy to use WEB site. I really appreciate the thought that went into making the site so user friendly. Further, your selling what you say you sell and you have a huge inventory. I did not like the promotional attempt that involves subscription of magazines on your site, though ($100 reward deal) Thanks again, Joan Kiliany"

"The process was simple and straight forward even with different billing and shipping adresses. It took less time than most on-line transactions. Make sure you ahve all your information at hand, fill in the required fields and it will be simple! "

"As far as the shopping experience, it was pretty straight forward. I had some trouble with submitting my order but that may have been my computer. I haven't received the product so I can't speak about it, specifically. "

"I was not given an order number or confirmation of my order. I was told according to the e-mail that my order information was sent to my e-mail. But, I haven't received anything. Other than this, placing my order was very easy. I suggest a confirmation immediately after ordering. Also, the total price. I do not know exactly how much will be deducted from my card in writing. I also, tried calling but keep getting a fax sound."
