"I ordered filters for our nebulizer and have not yet received them after 9 days. I called customer service twice, and was told only that they were "in transit". The individuals I spoke to were both unresponsive and downright rude. I asked for a supervisor, but was told they were not available. I would NEVER do business with this company again."

"I ordered a product that shows 'in stock' but it's not. The house is mostly tile, I have a bad back and there's a family gathering coming up so I need the house floor cleaned. now I have to order the vacuum somewhere else. I just wasted an entire week of waiting. They did not even notify me that it's not available. On top of that, I don't like it that this store charged my card when they don't even have my order in stock!"

"It would be nice to know the shipping charges and tax before I put in my credit card information. It is deceiving to make the customer think they do not have any shipping or tax charges."

"Allergybegone charged my credit card immediately, then said they had shipped but did not. Then said they could not find order; then said they had shipped, but did not. A month of this and no air conditioner. So far it amounts to internet fraud."

"I ordered 2 of the pediatric Pari nebulizer masks, next day air as I had an immediate need for this item. I was not given a receipt of my order but was charged for it. I never did receieve the items (this is 5 days later!) nor did I receive any correspondence letting me know that there was a "delay" in shipping. When I phoned the company I was placed on hold with no human contact for over 20 minutes. Once I got a CS agent on the line there were no appologies, but plenty of attitude!! I cancelled my order (both of them, as I was not sure until my bank account was charged, as to if the order even went through.) I ended up placing this order a second time, with the same results!! Very BAD customer service!! I do not recommend patronizing this company! "

"It has been over a month since I placed my order. While my credit card was billed in full for the order, I never recieved the product. I've emailed several times over the past few weeks only to get slow and unhelpful responses. I still do not have my product (air filter) or a refund. Customer service said they would check their inventory and would get back to me that day or after the weekend, that was a week ago and I still have no response. Horrible."

"NEVER NEVER AGAIN! Nicely laid out website but... This was only my first order I've ever made with this merchant and it's already my last! I placed my order on Jan 2, 2009 and was charged for the item on Jan 5, 2009 (the next business day due to the weekend). It's now Jan 13, 2009 and not even a status update on my order was available through the website. On Jan 12, 2009 I called their "customer service" number and couldn't get through because of busy signals. Finally, I got through only to be put on hold for what seemed like eternity. After waiting 20 minutes on hold, I hung up. Today, Jan 13, 2009, I once again called and got a busy signal. I tried again, and got through within a couple minutes. Some guy came on the line. He told me my order was backordered. But I had told him that I received no info (email or otherwise) notifiying me of my order status. I asked him to cancel my order and he said he did. According to this guy, my order is cancelled and I should get a refund within 2-3 days. However, by the way it looks from other customers' feedback on this site (and others) I shouldn't hold my breath about getting a refund. I intend to notify my bank, especially since this guy I spoke to only asked for my order number, but not my name, my address, or even what I had ordered to at least confirm he had the correct order to begin with! Most oddly, while on the phone, it sounded like he was playing music in the background. Oh, I also thought I had free shipping, but I was charged for that too. In other words, I was charged for a product and charged to ship that product--on a product that was never shipped. Arghh! I ordered something for my asthma and now I am stuck without it, only to wait longer as I try to get it somewhere else. "

"Ordered a vaccuum from these people that was supposed to come with free 2 day shipping. Here I am 8 days after my order with no vaccuum and I am unable to reach these people either by phone or email. Terrible customer service, so bad that I cancelled my order with my credit card company and reported them to the better business bureau. I think they are scammers! "

"I ordered several air purifiers, in different models. As soon as they received the order, charged the total payment to my credit card. One week later, they announced the shipment, but I only received 30% of the items that I had ordered (and paid). After several emails (that they did never answered) explained that they were waiting for a factory shipment to send my purifiers. When I tried to get a shipment date, they answered by email that had been closed for the holiday (that already had passed). It seems that nobody reads the messages, and the customer does not deserve respect. They use to show as "in stock" any product, it is not uimprtant if is or not true; it matters to get the customer's payment. In my case they had played with my money during four weeks. If you are going to spend more than 100 bucks, buy at your own risk!"

"DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THIS MERCHANT!!!! I placed an order on September 15, 2008 for an order for a product that was listed as "in stock." My credit card was charged immediately and I recevied an email with tracking information. The problem was that nothing was acutally sent. I then recieved an email on September 19, 2008 saying that there was a delay from the manufacturer in getting the product even though their website had said it was in stock. On October 8, 2008 realizing I had not received the order I sent an email, asking for the status of the order. I called the 866 number the next day and no one answered their phone. I sent a follow up email that same day. Two days later I received an email on October 10, 2008 saying that my order was being shipped out that day. I sent a follow up email asking for confirmation of tracking information. I received not reply. I then checked the tracking information I had received in the email with the original order the next day and nothing had been sent. On October 13, 2008, I received an email from the company (Safiya) that stated there was a delay from the manufacturer and that they would ship out the product when it was received...EVEN THOUGH 3 DAYS EARLIER THEY SAID THEY WERE SHIPPING THE PRODUCT THAT DAY! I sent a follow up email demanding either shipment of the product or a refund and received a "canned" email saying they were closed on October 14 and 15, 2008. No one is answering their telephone number and the recording says they are closed for the "holiday". You will see similar comments here. Do not do business with these people. THE ABSOLUTELUY WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE AND I AM DOUBTFUL THAT I WILL EVER SEE THE PRODUCT OR A REFUND OF MY PURCHASE PRICE. APPEARS TO BE A SCAM."

"Deal with this web seller with extreme caution. I placed an order open since Aug 17, 2008 for a product that was listed as "in stock." Credit card was charged immediately (next business day). Started to check when nothing happened after two weeks. The "customer service" had the perfect answers: Your order was back ordered; will ship, still back ordered; will ship, too late to ship today but will ship next week; order backordered (even though it was supposed to ship last week) but just came in and will ship by the end of the week. All oblique responses and indicative of a scam. Sent many emails with no responses. Some specific details: Delivery is expected to our warehouse this Wednesday, will ship on Friday (9/3/2008); told by Dustin. Order was backordered by has arrived will ship tonight (9/5/2008); told by Donavan. Product did not arrive, will ship by the end of the week (9/08/2008); told by Siya. I cancelled the order on 9/8/2008 and was told by Siya that the refund would be posted to my credit card in 3 to 4 business days. Asked why no emails had been answered; the response: "Our email server has been down." Seems to have been down for 3 weeks. The one email I got from them with the order confirmation had a virus attached to it. Nothing came of this report from allergybegone.com other than send us the email. I can only assume that this 'seller' is a scam. And that the 'glowing' buyer experiences shown on their web site and the various seller review sites are just made up and seeded by allergybegone postings. Again I say, deal with them with extreme risk."

"i placed an order on july 18. received confirmation. waited. waited. waited. called on august 4. was told items were back-ordered, but would be in "within two days." waited. waited. called back august 8. was told they would be in "by monday." called today. was told "maybe sometime this week." they never explained why they never contacted me to tell me the items were on back order, even though i asked them for that information both on august 4 and 8. the customer service person was completely unhelpful and even blamed my email system for filtering out their emails (which it does not do). i canceled the order. now i have little time to find what i need from another vendor. i will never deal with allergybegone again."

"Notified customer service that their microfiber sheet had torn. Company refused to refund my money but offered to replace the sheet with another if I paid them extra. Not a company worth a dime."

"I ordered an air cleaner and submitted all requested data including cr card data. . Then received an email requesting credit card/address data (previouly submitted with order) I called to verify if indeed Allergybegone was requesting this data. Three calls to credit department went unreturned. Main number was busy most of the day. Tried faxing numerous times but their fax machine wouldn't answer. Started to get quite suspcious Finally got thru on tlephone (9th try) and cancelled order. Lack of access and double request for cr card info is troubling."

"Avoid this company. I bought a mattress cover from them. It rips everytime I put it on and now even the zipper doesn't work. They ignored my emails trying to get them to honor their warranty until I enlisted the help of BBB. Now they refuse to refund my money, and say they will only apply a credit to another, presumably equally shoddy, mattress cover. Avoid, avoid, avoid."

"My air purifiers never arrived. I paid extra for 2 day air shipping and after 1 week they still have not arrived. I tried to call customer support and they are unavailable for the next 2 days. I am very disappointed in the lack of service and dependability."

"Very poor customer service. I used Paypal to make a purchase from Allergy be Gone 3 weeks ago, but was informed by a computer generated email that my order was not valid because I lived outside of the US and my shipping address could not be confirmed. [Apparently Paypal cannot confirm any shipping address outside of the USA at this time.] I telephoned the Allergy Be Gone several times to discuss the matter but could not get through to speak to a representative. The voicemail boxes were all full. After a week, I managed to get through and left a voicemail for the billing department, but no one responded to my message. I emailed the company and supplied the requested additional information, but received no response apart from several computer generated messages identical to the first one. I finally received a refund to my Paypal account yesterday (3 weeks after placing the original order). I placed the order again today, this time using my credit card as advised and I hope to receive my products soon. I would appreciate a more personalised experience from the customer service department in future, as the whole process has been very frustrating. I would advise anyone outside of the USA not to use PayPal for their transactions with this company. "

"I placed an order for a NEW vacuum cleaner, they shipped a completely different model which was a remanufactured one!!!! When I brought it to their attention they said they would email me an authorization to ship it back and replace it with correct one. After more than a week I received no emailed authorization and when I went to their website the model that I had ordered was no longer available!!!! After I contacted them again, they offered to refund some of my money. Having little choice I took it only to find out that I could have bought the remanufactured model they incorrectly sent for a lot less. I won't be buying from this company again! They may want to change their name to "CustomerBeGone""
