"The prices may be right, but the customer service is horrible. I placed an order Oct 29 that was damaged during transit by the shipper. I was told that I would be given a refund 3 weeks ago and still no refund yet!! I contacted them by phone and email...I'm still waiting on my money to be returned and it is Nov 20!! "
