"I oordered Neuragen 10/21/09. Order #10455006. This medicine is critical to have it as soon as possible. We called you and you shipped it 10/27/09 I have not received it as of 10/3109. Worst timely purchase I ever made on the internet"

"Cancelled an order without contacting customer...then took 37 min on phone to re order and then they sent it to the wrong address...what is wrong with this company plus they did not do anything for me after messing up the order??????????????"

"Rip-off company watch out people I placed an order with AmericaRx.com for an over-the-counter Iron bills for my pregnant wife a week and half later I still don’t t have my order I called them they said it was returned because the address is wrong, I said that doesn’t make sense this is the right address they said they can try again but I need the Iron bills right away they said they will refund me the money I said okay but they never told me that they are going to keep the shipping charges find out later they did …the address I provided them is the right address I asked if they copied the address wrong on the time of the shipping they said no I asked for a copy of the shipping label they used but they wouldn’t provide me with that… I called the post office after investigating in the matter we find out that they did not include the apt # which I provided them when placing the order and I have the email and invoice to prove it called them over and over and they will not refund me the shipping charges for which they made a mistake on their end what a rip-off .. "

"I ordered the ten boxes of "Playtex drop-ins BPA free disposable nurser 4 Oz bottle with 100 liners" with Express Delivery, which means I could expect my order within 2-3 business days... in theory. Three days later, I informed them that I haven't received my order. No response from AmericaRx, whatsoever. Five days later, I complained again. This time they told me my order was "temporarily out of stock" but will ship in 2-3 business days. Few hours later, I got a call saying that my order was mis-priced, the new price would be 4 times the amount I paid. I cancelled the order. Mean while, they charged my credit card, I waited for a week for nothing, and I feel ripped off. "

"placed order,changed my mind ,called to cancel,was told computer down,to cancel by email which i did. 14 days later charged for product but dont have product.Was told product is getting ready to be shipped thought was to be 5-10 business days,cannot cancel they have my money and i have no product.WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE AGAIN"

"I placed an order 11 days ago that has said ready to ship. When I email questions, I get a prepackaged form answer that doesn't answer any of my questions. I've called twice. Want to order another 5 canes, but hesitant because of horrible customer service. Can't even out if item in stock or not. I've seen zero service. I've waited on the phone for 25 minutes to ask a question, and got wrong answer. NOT IMPRESSED!!"

"Items were advertised as "in stock". The day after ordering I was notified they were "ready to be shipped". Almost two weeks later I inquired as to the status after not receiving "tracking info" as promised. I was told items were on "back-order" but will be shipped in 3-5 busines days. This is fifth business day and still no word from this company. Poor service, my advice is go somewhere else."

"Genteman, I think, as a Company trying to suceed and be a sevice to your customers, you should have the product you are selling in "stock" at the time of purchase, so I don't have to wait 11 buisness days to get a refund."

"Absolute con artist company. I ordered the wrong products and had it shipped back. They received it but have yet to refund my money. Every time I email them, their reply is "thank you for your patience, we will credit your account in the next 3-4 business days." It's been two months since they received the products. Where is my return?"

"i places an order with americarx online. got an email saying my order was ready to ship (i got the ready to ship email the next day). still a week later i have not received an email with my tracking number or any kind of indication that it shipped. tried emailing them numerous times asking for a tracking number or when it was going to ship. i received no response from americarx. i tried calling them and was on hold for over a half hour. i had to hang up. my next step is to notify the better business bureu. this is wrong. the worst part, they charged my credit card and i already got the bill but i never received my order from americanrx. never again. never. "

"I felt like this was the very worst dishonest RX website. This website took my money and shipped my order, but did not inform me that my biggest purchase was not in stock. When I called to get a refund I was told it would take 7 or 8 business days. I never got an apology for taking my money knowing the product was not in stock, all I got was we don't know when the product maybe available. I have a sick son and I felt like they were very rude to me, now I have to wait 7 or 8 days in order to get my money back, because I can't afford to buy elsewhere until my money is refuned."

"An absolute nightmare. I paid in full with Visa and Google checkout. America RX notified me that it had shipped and gave me a ups tracking number. Then nothing. It turns out ups never even received the order because America RX never had it in stock in the first place. It has been 3 months now and I still haven't got my money back. Every time I call I get a call center in India telling me it's being processed. Stay away from this company."

"YOU WILL PAY AND THEY WON'T SEND YOU ANYTHING!!! I CALL THEM AND THEY TOLD ME THEY WILL SEND MY ORDER NEXT DAY AND THEY DIDN'T. IT HAS BEEN ALMOST A MONTH SINCE I ORDERED. YOU BETTER LOOK FOR ANOTHER SITE TO BUY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY."

"This was, by far, the worst, e-purchase I every had! They took my money before the item even shipped. After days in the "Ready To Ship" status, I contacted them by email. All I received was an automated reply. Second email sent and the reply I received was 'item out of stock' but will ship in 4 to 5 business days. What?? I emailed again and received an automated response. Then I receive an email stating order was completed and shipped with a tracking number for the USPS. Hold on.....I paid for EXPRESS SHIPPING!! When the order arrived the packing slip said 2 out of the 3 items I ordered were out of stock! I couldn't use the item I received without one of the other items I ordered. Extremely frustrating. I finally called customer service and waited the average time of 9 minutes before my call was answered. Of course I received the scripted "I am sorry" "I know how you must feel". They couldn't put a manager on the phone because none were around. I will be calling back today and demanding to speak to a manager to vent and get a refund. Hopefully I will receive my money as quickly as they took it. Please head my words........stay away from this merchant. "

"DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered a Barbie Dream House for my 7 year old daughter. I had ordered through Amazon.com so I thought they were on the up and up. Three days after ordering I received an email from America Rx stating that the item was on back order and wouldn't be delivered for 3-4 weeks. I emailed them back and told them that was fine and I still wanted the item. I then printed a picture of the house and wrapped it for my daughter to open. When she opened the picture I explained to her that the house would be coming soon. She was ecstatic...it was all she wanted for the holidays. On New Years day I received an email from America Rx stating that they were canceling my order. They said that there was a technical glitch and that it was listed at a price that was too low. They would not honor the price. This was 3 weeks after my order was placed, and even worse it was after I had told my daughter that she would be getting this. This company is unreliable and has fraudulent practices. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!"

"Placed order based on the site stating item was in stock. Order confirmation indicated item was out of stock, waiting for delivery. 3 weeks later (during which the site consistently showe the item as being in stock), credit card bill arrived showing item was charged. Checking order status confirmed AmericaRX had not shipped and were waiting for stock. Since it's not my responsibility to provide positive cash flow to AmericaRX, I cancelled the order. I will also write to the credit card company to inform them of this malpractice. AmericaRX, in my opinion, operates unethical business practices and should be avoided."
