"Ordering was easy. However, I made a mistake and called customer service. I had to wait 15 minutes before someone answered.The rep told me that she would remove the item I had mistakenly ordered and would send me an email with the revised order. I never received the email. "

"so far I'm not too happy. I typed in that I wanted 8 of the 8c in the Loreal natural match and you charged me for 22 of them. I sent a note telling you to cancel the order. I haven't heard back from you yet."

"AmericaRx offers competitive prices and ships promptly. Their advertisement to "Get 5% back on every second order" is misleading. It is NOT on every second order; it is only for second orders placed within 60 days of the first order. Furthermore, when I tried to place a second order within 60 days, the system still would not give me the 5% discount. I had to email Customer Service multiple times to get a discount."

"the price is quite good, but the service is terrible. The website ads said the customer would get 5% cash back on every 2nd order, never really follow it. I called many times for this issue because I placed more than 6 orders. But no customer service Rep. gives you the same answer. after a while you get so tired to call. Terrible experiences!!! If not for the prices, I would never shop here."
