"Only half the order was shipped, even though It said all was shipped and I was billed in total. Calls to them were not answered promptly and they wouldn't give me a firm ship date on balance due, even though they admitted they owed me the other half. Calls regarding my overbilling went unanswered for days and still remain unresolved. This is being handled poorly"

"You can't perfect perfection. I was going to have to spend over 4K out of pocket to get my pump last year. ADW came up with a written guaranteed plan for me to reieve it an NO COST PLUS ALL SUPPLIES AT NO COST. I SPENT NOTHING LAST YEAR EVEN ON TESTING SUPPLIES which where costing me $80 each month at my parmacy.....LIFE CHANGING THEY CARE!!!!"

"when i called american diavetes wholesale i was given a person not a computer voice. that was great. next, she took the time to listen to my finacial situation, didnt make judgements, and consulted another respresentive who she knew dealt with my type of situation. the suggestions she gave, she explained the pros and cons of each, listened to me talk it through, and then based on my decision, explained the workings of it. i have dealt with many companies for testing supplies and after this first time experience, i have never gone to another. thank you.
