The first couple of days with my nano, it was awesome. Then there were problems with it freezing. I was told that this was never fixed by Apple, but we can rebooted by holding down the Menu & Center button. I returned my nano and upgraded to the iPod 30 gigs for an extra $50. Not sure how much better, but will write a review about the 30 gigs after a month trial.
As for the iTunes program, the earlier edition was a more user friendly program. Not sure why I couldn't drag-n-drop on this newer edition.
