We haven't quite filled it at 224 songs...that is a lot of playing (well over 12 hours) in something so tiny. Good battery, easy to connect (USB connector, not 'i pod' type) Cannot see what song is playing is the only drawback. Two buttons besides the familiar thumb 'circle', one is power, the other slides to let you play in a straight loop (beginning to end and around) or randomly. Power light lets you see full, low, and VERY low. The clip-spring (the entire player forms a clip) is strong enough to stay in place, even with the weight of the (included) ear-bud cord attached. I wish there was a good way to store the ear-buds when not in use. I was delighted that it can play plain MP3's! Glad I bought one for my guy, I'm next on the list!
