If I could do it over, I'd have ordered a clear case for the black iPod right away. Take it from the factory package and enclose it in the clear case immediately. Don't even touch it with your fingers. It's that fragile. This thing scratches if you breathe in its direction. Apple, I enjoy your iPod but you cheated on the quality of the plastic. I smell a class action suit.
