"I wish to thank you for your prompt and courteous service., particularly since it followed a bad experience I had with another company. I ordered my Haier dryer from them late in January. They finally told me it would be shipped on March 9th. Shipping date dontinued to be delayed and then my order was canceled by the company about two weeks ago.. (I'm still waiting for credit.)
I found you on-lne, placed my order, received acknowledgement promptly. A few days later I received phone call asking if I still wanted thedryer. I said "yes", was told it would be shipped on Monday, April 7. It arrived yesterday, April 8th. What a wonderful surprise! My hat's off to you at Appliances World.
I have no need for any more appliances, but if I did, I'd be sure to order from you.

"Ordered a dishwasher on a Monday, arrived via DHL 48 hours later, excellent product, price, service. Dealing with AppliancesWorld was way more convenient than shopping at the local Lowes or Home Depot. Better selection and price, right to my front door in a timely fashion."

"If there was a rating above Excellent I would have chosen it. This has been without a doubt the best online shopping experience I have ever had. I placed the order online one evening with no problem. The next morning I got a message from them concerning my shipping address. When I called back a real person answered the telephone (no automated attendant). When I asked for the person who called me, I was transferred and that person actually answered the telephone (no voice mail). With a friendly and brief conversation we were done and the dryer arrived two days latter. The machine works just as it was described in the ad and in great condition. I hope that an opportunity presents itself to do business with them again. Highly recommended!"

"Ordered an HLP140E Haier 115 Volt Portable Dryer at 6PM on a Monday, received at 4PM on Wednesday.
Item was packaged in a shipping carton (rather than just shipping it in the manufacturer's box and just putting a shipping label on it).
Fast shipping, good customer service!
