Needs a lot of improvement
"...The biggest two issues right now are 1) a control panel which doesn't work 90% of the time, and 2) a noisy refrigeration motor. This says nothing to the burning smell (from both units we received), which we've accepted as "normal."The shelves are also pretty close together, since this was probably designed for cheap Sov.

Service on this unit has been poor. It hasn't worked properly since purchased 11 mos. ago.
This unit looks good but every two weeks it would go dead. The service center sent new circuit boards but after 3 new installations the unit still does not work. Now I cannot get their customer service manager to return my calls. I have written a letter but have not had a response.
