"I always read reviews BUT NEVER write them. Backyard Pool Superstore is GREAT. Lowest prices, great website and shipping is QUICK. Ordered new motor and diving board and got in 3 days from the day I ordered and this was with the Free Shipping! Amazing...will purchase from here again and am in the process of ordering something else as I type."

"I found the site easy to use, but sfter I selected the product , put it in the shopping cart , entered all of my information, I found that I could not purchase the item selected before registering as a new user. All of the shopping information was lost during the registration and logging in process. All of the shopping information had to be entered a second time."

"Was shipped from a nearby warehouse, so I never got a tracking number, which caused me some angst, but the pump got to me in good time, in good condition. Any questions I had for the company in follow-up emails were always answered promptly, and courteously. I will use these guys again, and highly recommend them."
