Review From: Bill Jenson, Dec 17, 2003
This product does what is advertised, allows you to view the same image on 2 screens. However for the application I needed it for which was using 1 monitor and 1 projector there was some signal loss (perhaps because the projector was at the end of a 50' cable), which resulted in a dimmed image on the projector unless I unplugged the monitor. I had to buy a splitter that also boosted the signal to make it work. I think it would work with 2 monitors in close proximity though. The other thing that I thought odd was that the supplied end connectors for the monitor cord both had male fittings for the thumb screw connections which is what monitor cords also have. The connections held without having to use the thumb screws but I don't know why the connections wouldn't be female so that you can just screw the connections together
