"I ordered a 55-inch Samsung LED TV and was called by their shipping department 3 days later saying that the shipping company would not ship this TV because it was an LED and therefore too fragile. They wanted to charge me an extra $200 to ship it with another carrier. I told them to cancel the order, but they have not yet sent me a cancellation confirmation. These guys are con artists. I would recommend that you stay away from them"
