"I have always found the people and service above average. I have been ordering filters for their products for a couple of years now. Last year I was not able to loosen the vice to install the new filter. They had me ship my unit to them, on them, they made a repair to the unit which is over three years old, replaced the filter for me and sent everything back on them. Products and people there are well worth looking into."
