" I received a damaged or used item from them, although it was advertised as new. At first, customer service promised a full refund if I return the purchase. Instead, they charged me for shipping and restocking. Since their prices are low you must accept that the products might be opened/damaged/used/returned. Very bad customer service. This company is not professional. "
