I have had my cleaner about 2 years and I use it all the time. I have not found hardly anything that I could not get out with it. Tough stains might take once or twice to clean before it comes out. I am talking about stains like lipstick, Kool-Aid, spagetti, marker, you name it! Pre-treating sometimes helps the tougher stains.
