" My experience with Blinds.com was fantastic! I ordered a set of sliding panels for my sliding glass door. However, at the time I ordered, I didn't purchase the matching valance. (Not sure why - just didn't.) When I got the panels and we installed them, I knew right away that I needed the valance to finish the look. So, I called, and received EXCELLENT customer service the whole way thru. In the past, it wasn't possible to purchase a valance separately --- so it presented a bit of challenge to get it done. However, the representatives I worked with always followed thru, made phone calls to the factory, and let me know the status of my request. In the end, I was able to get the valance I needed, and my panels look wonderful! The quality and price were awesome - and the whole experience was easy. I'll definitely use blinds.com again in the future. Blinds.com is one of the few companies that provide REAL service! "

" Dear Jay: the only thing I was disappointed in was the little fellow who installs the blinds was left out of the box. Only kidding. Great service, easy identification (which blind went where) and simple installation. I ordered some wooden blinds from you last year for my home and was just as pleased then. " Thanks for following-up on my blinds purchase. We were very pleased with every aspect of the transaction. " We have ordered twice from Blinds.com and both orders were just right. The measuring process is explained on their site and they even send samples of the blinds before the order is firmed up. Recommend this firm highly. "

" I am extremely pleased with Blinds.com! The blackout shades that I originally purchased were a problem because they kept creeping back up and honestly, I just didn't like the way they looked even though I had gotten a sample of the color. I just wasn't that happy with them. I called customer services, explained my problem and was extremely pleased when they replaced them with light filtering ones. They arrived yesterday, I put them up immediately and they are just perfect! I really thought I would be out a whole lot of money and have to re-order again, but the satisfaction guarantee actually worked and they now have an EXTREMELY satisfied customer! I recommend Blinds.com to anyone looking for window treatments and will be sure to come back when I need others. "

" Blinds.com has been my place to go for pruchase of faux wood blinds. I've ordered 9 sets of blinds and they have been just perfect. The assistance I received from staff in making sure I measured properly and any and all questions asked were responded to quickly. I am a satisfied customer and would recommend blinds.com to anyone. " Actually I can¿t think of a thing I would change about the service I've received from www.blinds.com ¿ service is very quick, the product is good quality and if there¿s a problem, the staff has fixed it quickly. I¿ve probably ordered 50 sets of blinds in the last several months and I can¿t complain about anything. Here are a couple of things they do right: 1)the order process is very easy ¿ the blinds always fit! 2)In one instance out of 50, a blind topper was broken ¿ the staff sent me another immediately and I didn¿t have to return the broken piece 3) I¿ve needed copies of invoices and have emailed for them. I¿ve received in less than two hours each time. Really a great service and product at an excellent price! Everything seems to work very smoothly and everyone is always very helpful! In addition they have people who speak the English language which is very helpful. "

" I placed an order a little over a year ago. The blinds I received were great. My experience was fantastic. The website made my ordering process a breeze and I really appreciated the online advice on how to measure the windows I was covering. I recently needed two additional window coverings of the exact dimension of the order I had placed over a year ago. I called the customer service line and asked if they could look up my previous order. The representative that I spoke with was phenomenal. She was able to look up my previous order, place a new order for two more of the same and she was extremely friendly and very thorough during the whole process. When I moved into my house, I hired another company for window coverings. What a mistake. Had I known how easy it was to order from blinds.com and how much of an end to end solution is offered, I would have saved some money. I know now. Your site explains how to measure. Detailed instructions accompanied my order. All mounting hardware was included. Shipping was fast. Pricing is extremely fair. This is really the best way to purchase blinds. "

" Their website was easy to use, we found the product we wanted easily, and the ordering process was straight-forward. We requested color samples in advance, and the product delivered matched exactly. Our order was to replace blinds from a company that no longer offered the 1¿ width. The blinds from Blinds.com arrived in the time quoted, and slid into place in some existing mounts within minutes. Blinds.com made it easy; it was a very good internet buying experience. "

" I LOVE MY BLINDS !!! They were easy to install and my husband and I put up all 5 windows without a fight! hahaha . My mother made us new curtains for Christmas and now, each time I walk into the kitchen/diningroom area, it makes me smile. I feel like I'm in a new house, what a difference.
