" The website had a picture of a discontinued item. When we received the item we ordered it did not match the picture on the website. " My order arrived quickly. It was complete and accurate. However, within a couple of hours of placing my order I tried to cancel two of the items in my $800.00 order. The cancellation did not go through. I am now in the process of doing a return for these two items and it will cost me a 15% restocking fee. If I had not tried to cancel I would understand the fee. I am disappointed the fee was not waived under the circumstances. "

" I ordered 2 items. The hood was delivered in a timely manner. The light was to be shipped in 1 to 3 days and I was to recieve an email about its shipping status. It was ordered March 3; I called on March 14 and was told it would be here this week. We'll wait and see. I was sent another email and it said that my order was still processing in the warehouse-not that it had been shipped. " I have been very please with past orders. This order, the drain and mounting ring was missing on the vessel sink. My granddaughter called and I am not sure how it will be shipped. Customer service would not indicate if it would be an expedited shipping. Our vanity project is being held up. I am dissapointed that your rep could not find that out when we called in to say the parts were missing. Hopefully, someone will be smart enough to know this and ship it faster due to the mistake. " Although I haven't received the order I placed 2 weeks ago, I did receive a phone call yesterday from the company apologizing for the delay (product is backordered) and was offered a choice to cancel the item or take a 10 percent discount off the order for the delay. I chose the discount, and was told the item would ship in about another 2 weeks and was given the callers name and extension # to call if I had any more questions. Pretty classy move on their part I thought since most companies would just let you wait without any communication from them. "

" Did not like the fact that one item not available in color requested, but was available in five other colors. Was not provided the chance to change to another color. Had to reorder and pay extra shipping. I realize the $49 free shipping, but since I had just placed an order above that amount and now have to pay the extra shipping because at this time I do not need extra lights. This doesn't seem like good business. "

" The web site is great. The selection is great. The prices are great. But when I placed my order, I didn't find out that 2 of my 4 items were on back order... until I sent an email asking why I hadn't received them.
