" The agent I was corresponding with kept leading me on that I would get the sink in an acceptable time, two to three weeks. Then I would get the e-mail confirmation with a way out delivery date of atleast six weeks. I went through this three times, costing me an extra three weeks delay when I finally canceled the order. I spoke with a supervisor, explained the situation and then was transferred to the agent who I had been corresponding with who could do NOTHING At this time I am waiting for my credit to my account and after five days it STILL HAS NOT APPEARED! If you had a rating of less than poor I would have used that. This was, and still is a nightmare until I receive my credit. "

" I ordered 2 ceiling fans on Aug 18, 2010. Their site showed eleven of this model were availabe. On Aug 20 I received an e-mail telling me they were currently out of stockand would ship Aug 29. The next day, I found another model which could be shipped immediately so I cancelled the original order and place an new order via phone and asked that the funds sent to Lignting Direct via PayPal be applied to the new order. I was told that wasn't possible. I would have pay for the neworder in-full for a refund of the $166.50. The reason the original funds could not be applied to the new order was because the funds had already been transferred to themanufactor (Savoy House. I asked for a cancellation number and was told was none. He said I should 'probably' contact Savoy House, but couldn't tell me how or who to contact there. I haven't received a refund as of today. I didn't complete my second order. There two prices showing on-line, $115 on the 'grid' pages to $158 at check-out. "
