" UPS Failed to deliver, I tracked order thur date it said it was delivered but did not recive it. Filed complant with Lighting Direct, now waiting for replacement shipment. "

" According to your site I needed to order the rack for the bottom of the sink seperately so I did. The sink came with the rack in the same box and I also recd the rack I ordered at your suggestion. Now I have to return the extra rack. Your information should be corrected so this does not happen! "

" I received my light in 1 1/2 days. The light was what I expected, and it looks really nice in my dining room. Only negative I have to say, is that the instructions for putting it together are a little hard to understand. That seems to be true of most things anymore. "

" The web site was really easy to use, better than any other site I've previously used. The IM chat service was great, quick and thorough. The return system left a lot to be desired. Why not use a system where the return billing info and labels are included in the original order? Saying that "instructions will be sent within 30 days" is bizarre and unrealistic. I ended up taking the return package to the PO so that I didn't have the huge (really over sized) return package sitting around. "
