" According to your site I needed to order the rack for the bottom of the sink seperately so I did. The sink came with the rack in the same box and I also recd the rack I ordered at your suggestion. " The web site was really easy to use, better than any other site I've previously used. The IM chat service was great, quick and thorough. The return system left a lot to be desired. Why not use a system where the return billing info and labels are included in the original order? Saying that "instructions will be sent within 30 days" is bizarre and unrealistic. I ended up taking the return package to the PO so that I didn't have the huge (really over sized) return package sitting around. "
