" During the ordering process it said that the item would ship within 3 to 5 days. After submitting the payment information it said that the item was out of stock and the "estimated" ship date would be in 10 days. "

" I was in the market for 2 dummy door handles, I called to check on the avail. of the right side because it was out of stock and wanted to know when it will be available. I was told it should be in about 3weeks, so I placed the order, 2days later I was sent an e-mail saying it was discontinued. They have it on sale on there web-site and do not know it is discontinued? Last time shopping at Pullsdirect. "

" I ordered a pair of door knobs that I could have bought locally, but thought this would be easier. I paid extra for 2nd day air shipping 3 days ago and the order status says processing. I have not had a call or email advising me of a delay. "

" rec'd 2 bathroom sink faucets. Both boxes had seal broken. One faucet was discolored in spots and the other had a bent pipe which told me it was a return that was not examined but placed back in stock to be shipped to someone else. I tried calling the salesman who said to call at any time but was transferred to a general voice mail box each time as his box was not taking calls. Hopefully the return process will work better and if it does I will advise and give credit for that. "

" UPS Failed to deliver, I tracked order thur date it said it was delivered but did not recive it. Filed complant with Lighting Direct, now waiting for replacement shipment. " I emailed faucet direct to verify shipping and in-stock logistics. They told me everything would ship out in 3-4 days. After waiting a few days I called and was told the item was backordered and would not be available for 2-3 WEEKS. Needless to say I wasn't too happy !!! "

" I have bought a number of items from FaucetDirect and had a great experience. I just recently ordered three Baldwin towel bars. The three packages were shipped in one box. These are not exactly inexpensive bars. When I opened the box, all three bars with installation hardware were rattling around loose in the box. They had all come out of there original packaging. Luckily nothing was scratched, but that was pure luck. When you pay for towel bars you would expect them to not be loose in the box. "

" I'm sure my product will be just fine when I get it, but being charged $10 to mail $9 worth of merchandise is just a rip-off. $51 for overnight shipping? Highway robbery! I only used this site because I couldn't find the item anywhere else. I will not be using this site again. "

" I found it difficult to find a fair selection of what I was looking for. I finally had to call to get help and then I was directed to a limited number of items. Perhaps I just didn't understand the selection system. But I am sure operator error was not involved when the view/print receipt data did not print correctly "

" Your website claims same day shipping, yet after the order is placed, it says 7 to 15 days. I wasn't given the option of expedited shipping, or I would have used it. I just hope the delivery of the faucet doesn't hold up our contractor. "
