"I purchased 30SF of the 3x6" Statuary Carrara marble tile. I looked everywhere and prices ranged all the way up to $35SF! I could not believe the price of $7SF, so I asked for a sample. The sample process was incredible Lynne in the sample department - took my order in the morning and set me FEDEX tracking the same day. The sample arrived well packaged and looked beautiful. So I ordered 40SF - the account rep at BuildersDepotDirect even asked me if I wanted heavy or light veining and said she would select what I needed at no extra charge. The product arrived all individually wrapped in perfect condition 3 days later. The backsplash in my house is wonderful. I cannot tell you how great the experience and the product is first class - I thought customer service like this was lost in America forever - they really cared and it showed. I will recommend them to all my friends."

"My products were delivered before the agreed date, and I recieved regular updates and support on progress.The products were delivered well packed and in very good condition.
