"We purchased a replacement Scotsman ice machine for our hotel in St. Augustine Florida via Burkett. CSR in sales was very helpful in getting answers to our questions. The unit was received in just 3 days, was installed in just over an hour and is working beautifully. We really appreciate the great service and the fair pricing. We saved around $700 buying the unit via Burkett rather than a local source. We won't hesitate to check Burkett first for our future hospitality equipment needs."

"I tried to order a Gyro machine and was told that my card was declined. I called my credit card company and was told the order went through twice. Currently I have three machines ordered, two on my Master Card and 1 on my Visa. I only need one machine, not three. I only recieved one invoice."
