"I placed an order a month ago, and still have not received it. I've e-mailed them twice, and have left 3 messages on their phone recorder. I can't get any help at all. I ended up having to reorder the whole bedding set, because I can't get in touch with them. If I could, I would have just canceled the whole order and ordered from someone else."

"This place has the very worst customer service of anyone I have dealt with. To this day I still have not received a call from a real person. I ordered 2 camo bed sets for my twin boys for x-mas. Thats all they wanted from Santa so I splurged and bought them on Dec 10th. Was told they were ready to ship on the 11th. Ok, cool! So I check on the 13th for tracking #'s. Hear from them the next day that they will ship tonight, the 14th. Ok fine. Then I check back on the 19th, still haven't shipped. I'm upset at this point and ask them to ship 2day their dime. No response. NOTHING! I sent 7 e-mails, left several phone messages, and several messages through their "contact us" message system saying dont bother if they wont arrive before x-mas. Next thing I know I receive a generic e-mail with a tracking # and find out they shipped it Ground and wont arrive unit the 27th! Still no attempt at contacting me to fix this. Nothing! There went my Christmas money on something that won't be under the tree. Please do not give this company business they don't deserve. There are plenty of other deserving companies with the same products who will appreciate your business."

"The shopping experience was great. The check-out experience was an issue. I made three attempts to pay through Pay-pal and it wouldn't go through, which has never happened to me before. Against my better judgement I decided to pay directly with my credit card. Then somehow my order got processed twice. I received two emails each with a different order# for the same items and amount."
