"I placed an order with this company on 2/7/09 and the item was listed as being in stock on their website. The order was placed on a Saturday I received an email saying that it would take one business day for the order to be processed. I received an email on 2/9/09 informing me the expected ship date would be 2/10/09. A couple days I had passed, I emailed the support email address only to receive a message telling me that they currently only answer emails once a day and if I needed help to call the service line. I waited till the next day to see if I would get a response to my email to which nothing came. I called the support line, not very much support mind you, because all he asked for was my customer ID number and he said that the item has not shipped yet but should ship either that day or the next. This was on 2/12/09. I emailed again on0 2/15/09 to get an update and a tracking number, got the same automated response promptly, and waited till the next day to see if someone would email back. NOTHING! I called again and got the same message from the agent about the item having not shipped but will ship either today or tomorrow. Ok fine, I waited till 2/19/09 and called once more. This time I was told that the items were back-ordered and were expected in at anytime at which point they will be sending them right out to me. When I placed the order they were in stock and now two weeks later they are back-ordered.It is now 2/23/09 and I have tried calling all day today and the phone number only goes to voice-mail. I was planning on calling and cancelling my order but it appears on their website that they don't give refunds only credits to their site. Well I am not going to do that. I plan on disputing the charges through my bank because I have not received the products. I have lost money because I was getting paid to install a sound system in a client's car but because of the delays in this product, I have had to the installation for free. "

"Ordered an Eclipse XA4200 and 2 sets of Eclipse SC8355's. Everything arrived on time and as described. I have to admit I was a bit worried about ordering from the site because the prices were almost too good. I will definitely be ordering again from this merchant."

"Ordered a Pioneer AVIC-D3, initial shipping was a little slow, but at the price I wasn't complaining at all. They also gave me a free iPOD adapter for the trouble. Merchandise was received in excellent condition and their customer service has been top notch. Thanks CarTronixPlus!"
