"DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CELLULAR BLOWOUT! In 10/25/2008 I purchased a brand new Motorola cell phone for my wife in their website for approximately US$ 100.00. The product arrived with a delay (11/07/2008), and it was a pre-owned one, full of scratches and without the user manual or its original accessories. I have returned the product immediately (spend extra US$ 6.00). They received it and told me that I would have my refund in 10-14 business days. Did not happen! Another complaint and I was told to wait more 10-14 days¿ Nothing! Then I filled a complaint at the Federal Trade Commission, but the company just ignored it. Even after I have informed that I would fill a lawsuit, they did not refund me! Recently I realized that they have deleted the history of my complaints in their website, but I do have copies of our communication to prove that I have been stolen US$ 100.00. I have being in contact with different people there; they are real thieves! TELL EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY!"

"This is the worst customer experience of any in all the years. I placed my order and only the week of CHristmast did they ever indicate that it was on back order. "I bought a cellphone that in stock on their site. They say tha tit takes less than a week to get what you order. 9 days later, they tell that my order is on hold due the high demand of the item. almost 2 months go by and I still don't have it, although my credit card has been charged very quickly. Each time I called them (3 times) and got an answering machine. So I left my phone number ad they never calle me back. Just a contact us email. They've done this twice. Once after tht I requested a refund because I'm not satisfied with their service. They offer me a car charger for the delay, I write to them and ask them if I can get a bluetooth headset because I already have a car chrger, they refused. Site is good for info and products, but service is VERY bad. I wonder if this is a legit site. Thanks for reading me and stay away from them. "

When I check my order status I keep getting the same reply that my phone is backordered and will be shipped when it arrives in the warehouse. No personal service. They never answer the phone. "Ordered an "In Stock" phone for immediate ship. All I have ever received is Backorder notices. Have cancelled numerous times using their website customer service request form with no response. Customer service phone number has never actually answered any of my calls AND you can't even leave a message, it always says "unable to take your message over the phone", then refers you to the website.
