Great phone except for handset
"...Great design, with big buttons and nine memory numbers. Amplifier works very well, ring is adjustable.
Very nice phone but handset (earpiece) too small for many elderly people, including my Mom, who had me send it back.
Otherwise a beautiful phone, but she just couldn't get comfortable with the earpiece.... See more

Mixed feelings

Nice phone initially, the photo push button feature quit working after one year, the speaker finally gave out after 2 and a half years.
Was nice while it lasted, probably will look for a different one, this idea is great, when it worked, was wonderful for dementia arthritic 87 year old, but after 2 years, it wasn't dependable.... See more

Works well but one issue

I bought this to replace a previous Clarity phone that broke after a few years use This phone works similar to the other, but has the large photos for speed dialing which I like.
