"1st time customer - had a horrible time trying to place order on line then tried on phone. ended up having to call my Visa credit card about some 'Visa verify' your site required. Took m 45 mins total time to get order placed - should have been a 5 min process! And your 'hold' music is horrible which added to my frustration."

"What I loved about this website was the ease of purchase and straightforward product details and pricing. The New Zealand shipping rates were very clear and it was a relief not having to double check to make sure there weren't any restrictions or a hundred special terms you have to meet to qualify for the shipping charges, an element that is usually carried out very unclearly by other order websites.
