"Well, unfortunately, it's a very disappointing experience dealing with their customer service and tech support people. I've purchased a pack of four cartridges in May and still don't have all of them now. First one of the cartridge was empty. They insisted it was the chip problem and sent me a chip that was totally the wrong size. Then with my own company tech support to struggle through the phone call, they agreed to send a replacement cartridge....never arrived. I had to call again to find out they did not send it out and they would send it out "right away". Finally, I got my one cartidge, brocken, did not work. So I shipped all three..first empty cartridge, the wrong chip, the last brocken one, all back to them with a promiss that they would send me a new replacement....still don't have it. Now they don't even answer my phone. I don't think they are THAT busy. Man...it's a horrible experiense, I have not been able to use my color printer for nearly four months...is it work the money? "

"They are the worst! I ordered a drum from them that did not work right out of the box. they told me they would send an RMA# 2xs and never did. i have called them 20x and held for hours.I have left messages for supervisors, etc. nothing! I have 1 printer for my company and it has been down for 3 weeks now, you do the math, it is not worth the cheap price."

"We have had a really good experience with this toner company. We ordered toner and have been satisfied - the price is wonderful and since our printer is discontinued - it is great that we can still get the toner. Thank You."

"Service and delivery all fine. Only downside is the remanufactured cartriges are messy, but price makes up for that big time. Very satisfied customer!!!"

"I have had a terrible time with this company. I was sent the wrong items and they refused to accept it as thier mistake. I couldn't handle this over the phone. It took 2 weeks to rectify this situation. The coupon that's on thier website is expired. The one they offer is not available. I'm not shopping with them again. "
