"I ordered a printer late on Sept 30. Rec'd no information except order confirmation. Most companies I deal with online provide shipping dates, tracking, etc. within a day. I had to call to get that information after 2 -3 weekdays (4-5 days total.) Told the printer was scheduled to deliver on the 9th. Today is the 14th and no printer. When I called to find out where my printer was, the young man said he would check with the warehouse and get "right back". No call. I never would have ordered from them without the many excellent seller reviews but, for me, their service stinks and I am wondering if I am about to be ripped off."

"Absolutely DO NOT BUY from this seller. I purchased a plasma TV...which arrive completely broken. The screen was shattered and the back of the tv looked like it had been hit with a baseball bat. The box it was shipped in is in perfect condition...meaning it was like that before it was shipped. Worst of all...they are IMPOSSIBLE to get in contact with...still have no resolution 3 days later. Stay tuned for more details...but please pay a little extra and get at a reputable vendor!!"
