"I ordered several items from CompBargains.com for my office and was very pleased. I received very attentive customer service assistance when inquiring about certain products and trying to decide. My Office Assistant and I did a great deal of research and found CompBargains.com to be the cheapest in price and have the most competitive products.
As soon as I placed my order I received tracking numbers the following day, and was able to track the packages."

"Finally found a company that cares about it's customers.As a small business owner starting a new company has many obstacles that face it, with purchase of equipment and where to find the best deals.After great research I found that compbargains had not only the best deals but the best customer service around. "I ordered a printer late on Sept 30. Rec'd no information except order confirmation. Most companies I deal with online provide shipping dates, tracking, etc. within a day. I had to call to get that information after 2 -3 weekdays (4-5 days total.) Told the printer was scheduled to deliver on the 9th. Today is the 14th and no printer. When I called to find out where my printer was, the young man said he would check with the warehouse and get "right back". No call. I never would have ordered from them without the many excellent seller reviews but, for me, their service stinks and I am wondering if I am about to be ripped off."

"These guys are wonderful! I had ordered a product thinking I was getting one thing when it was something else. The guy, Jeff, called to check with me to see if that was what I wanted, I was so glad he did that. It saved me a bunch of hassel, It was not and I canceled my order. The next day I decided to order the correct product and I ask Jeff if I had the correct product and he said yes! I am so happy that they made this extra effort, He even gave me free shipping, hey, every little bit counts. Thank you so very much!
