"We just ordered our part and so far so good. I spoke to a tech on the phone before making my purchase and he was very well informed and able to help me right away. At least these guys understand customer service, so many companies don't anymore. Our only problem was with UPS and their lack of service (no pick up on the weekends). I will purchase from CompTick again in the future."
