"I was concerned about buying online from Comptik since I had never heard of it, but took my chances. I could not obtain a Dell Inspiron 2600 battery from Dell, so had to do something. I was pleased with the service, delivery was quick and the battery was perfect. I couldn't suggest any improvement in service since everything was perfect."

"Comptick was able to cross-reference the laptop computer part that I needed, online. The price of the item was lower than I expected. The waiting time for the free shipping deal is within the advertised parameter of 8 to 10 days. The Comptick representative over the telephone was courteous in walking me through the ordering process."

"I found the Samsung LN46A550 LCD tv on this web site for the cheapest price. I read other people's reviews of this site and of this TV. I am very pleased with the whole order process. I ordered the TV on a Friday, but it didn't get delivered until a week from the following Wednesday because this TV was oversized and was delivered in a special delivery truck which only came down to my area once a week. Eventhough it took longer than I expected, I was very pleased because of the price, free delivery, and the very nice delivery person who would not leave until I thoroughly inspected it for damage. I also called Comptick because I was wondering when the TV would be delivered and they told me the TV had been back ordered and I would be contacted shortly to schedule the time of delivery. Anyway, I got the TV I wanted, in a reasonable amount of time, for the best price I could find (even now), with friendly service and delivery. I will order from them again if the occasion arises."

"So far so good with this company. It was very easy to order what I needed took about 2 mins to find what I needed and order it. Now we will just have to see if I get the right part sent to my house. I do have to say I love the free shipping even though I have to wait 8-10 days to get my order but thats not a problem at all. "

"Shipped wrong item; after paying extra to receive 2 day air very disappoint to get wrong item. Order 7200 Amp replacement battery for XPSM1210 received battery for Latitude D620; they look nothing like each other or images on catalog in website. Called looks like no one answers phones, emailed as well lets see how long it takes to get reply and resolve problem. Glad I was not flying out of town today."
