"i saw a lot of negative reviews about this company but took a shot at a TV stand they had. i read about people with extremely long shipping times and receiving damaged products, however my experience was the complete opposite. i received the 150 lb stand in FIVE business days (not to mention free shipping), in perfect condition. i was afraid the glass shelves might come in cracked or scratched, but they were flawless."

"First time buying furniture on the web. Cymax was very helpful and answered all my questions. Make sure that you ask if all items are in stock. I bought the 2 end tables (back ordered), cocktail table and the sofa table. All were as described. The end tables had some minor scratching but nothing worth sending back. They were very easy to put together. Less than 20 min. for each piece. The packageing was okay, there were some tears in the cardboard but it had only put some dents in the styrafoam. It was easy to track the shipping info on the web. No sales tax or shipping to the U.S. is a great plus. I would do business with Cymax again."

"I really am not happy at all with this company. I was not informed that it would be taking over a month to get my order. Every time I called to inquire the staff were friendly but that didnt get me the 1300.00 dollar order in a timely fashion. I got a tracking number that so far hasnt tracked anything. Then when I phone to inquire, Iam told that the shipper needs a waybill before it picks cargo up. This means nothing to me. It just tells me that my 2year old girl will keep on asking me where her big kid bed is. and I have to tell her I have no idea."

"This is the worse service I have ever experience I have ever had. I was told on date of ordering that my order will ship out on Nov. 10/2009 and estimate eta will be between Nov. 27- Dec.5/2009. so am excited and thinking that it may come before Thanksgiving most of the time estimates usually come before time. I received an email today Thursday Nov. 19,2009 with order # vrc121-1408700 & tracking # Q12470. I could not pull the order up on the home direct site nor by phone with the information listed above nor with my phone number listed on the order, so I decided to call CYMAX STORES FOR INFORMATION AND TO MY SUPRISE , I FOUND OUT THAT MY ORDER WAS ON BACK ORDER ,mmm, I wonder who was going to tell me , so yes I AM OUTRAGED, AT THIS TYPE OF SERVICE AND THAN I REPEATEDLY REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER, SUPERVISOR ETC, BUT WAS REFUSED, WHAT A MESS AND WHAT A COMPANY. I have received all kinds of excuses and reasonings that is sad and unsatifactory and on top of all of that they requested that i pay for it and when it gets in they will send it to me , yea right if am having trouble getting what you all promise at the time you promised why would i pay you first and any way, i chose the BILL ME LATER , PAYMENT WHICH TO MY UNDERSTANDING , YOU BUY NOW AND PAY LATER , NOW THIS BRANDON GUY TRY TO EXPLAIN TO ME THAT THAT IS ONLY ON THE INTEREST AND I DON'T THINK THAT IS HOW IT WORKS MY UNDERSTANDING THAT PAYMENT WILL COME ONCE YOU RECEIVE MERCHANDISE AND YOU CAN MAKE MIN. PAYMENTS BUT MUST HAVE THE WHOLE BALANCE PAID BY 6 MONTHS OR INTEREST WILL KICK IN , BUT ANYWAY BEFORE I FOUND OUT ABOUT MY BACK ORDER STATUS I HAVE JUST PAID SOME OF MY PAYMENT BUT OR COURSE I CANCELED IT ONCE I FOUND OUT ABOUT THIS UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE. I WANT SOMETHING TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS INCOMPETENCE IT IS UNACCEPTABLE. P.S.( I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU ALL AGAIN NOR WILL I RECOMMEND YOU TO FAMILY,FRIENDS, CUSTOMERS , BUSINESS ASSOCIATES,ETC. "

"This is my first purchase from Cymax and I was extremely impressed with the detailed product descriptions on their website and the excellent customer service I received from the sales agent. I was able to track the progress of my shipment and it arrived on time and in great condition. I would not hesitate do do business with this company again."

"I still have not received my order. You gave shipping info wrong. Mixed up billing address with shipping address.They have correct Street, but my billing Town & zip code. Now UPS says I have to wait for a post card with control #. They have wrong delivery address.I need this gift to arrive by Fri/11/20. I am Very upset. UPS says you can call & correct this mess."

"I found everything about this experience wonderful. The prices are great as is the quality of the merchandise. The sales people were courteous and professional and put my mind at ease. I had to cancel an order and I luckily caught it in time and then ordered something else. The second item I ordered shipped immediately, which was nice. All in all, I would recommend cymax stores to everyone I know."

"You know how they say you get what you pay for? Well let me tell you these bar stools are awesome. I paid less than $100 apiece and they are better constructed and more appealing to the eye than $300 stools I was considering. Only took me 15 minutes each (I bought 5) to put together. They have caps on the feet to protect my wood floors and the color matches my granite island perfectly. I do a lot of online shopping and this company just made my top 3. What an incredible value!!! Plus free shipping!!!"

"No concrete idea of when an item will ship and it has still not arrived as the tracking number provided for Fedex was blank and therefore useless"
