"I really am not happy at all with this company. I was not informed that it would be taking over a month to get my order. Every time I called to inquire the staff were friendly but that didnt get me the 1300.00 dollar order in a timely fashion. I got a tracking number that so far hasnt tracked anything. Then when I phone to inquire, Iam told that the shipper needs a waybill before it picks cargo up. This means nothing to me. It just tells me that my 2year old girl will keep on asking me where her big kid bed is. and I have to tell her I have no idea."

"This is the worse service I have ever experience I have ever had. I was told on date of ordering that my order will ship out on Nov. 10/2009 and estimate eta will be between Nov. 27- Dec.5/2009. so am excited and thinking that it may come before Thanksgiving most of the time estimates usually come before time. I received an email today Thursday Nov. 19,2009 with order # vrc121-1408700 & tracking # Q12470. I could not pull the order up on the home direct site nor by phone with the information listed above nor with my phone number listed on the order, so I decided to call CYMAX STORES FOR INFORMATION AND TO MY SUPRISE , I FOUND OUT THAT MY ORDER WAS ON BACK ORDER ,mmm, I wonder who was going to tell me , so yes I AM OUTRAGED, AT THIS TYPE OF SERVICE AND THAN I REPEATEDLY REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER, SUPERVISOR ETC, BUT WAS REFUSED, WHAT A MESS AND WHAT A COMPANY. I have received all kinds of excuses and reasonings that is sad and unsatifactory and on top of all of that they requested that i pay for it and when it gets in they will send it to me , yea right if am having trouble getting what you all promise at the time you promised why would i pay you first and any way, i chose the BILL ME LATER , PAYMENT WHICH TO MY UNDERSTANDING , YOU BUY NOW AND PAY LATER , NOW THIS BRANDON GUY TRY TO EXPLAIN TO ME THAT THAT IS ONLY ON THE INTEREST AND I DON'T THINK THAT IS HOW IT WORKS MY UNDERSTANDING THAT PAYMENT WILL COME ONCE YOU RECEIVE MERCHANDISE AND YOU CAN MAKE MIN. PAYMENTS BUT MUST HAVE THE WHOLE BALANCE PAID BY 6 MONTHS OR INTEREST WILL KICK IN , BUT ANYWAY BEFORE I FOUND OUT ABOUT MY BACK ORDER STATUS I HAVE JUST PAID SOME OF MY PAYMENT BUT OR COURSE I CANCELED IT ONCE I FOUND OUT ABOUT THIS UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE. I WANT SOMETHING TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS INCOMPETENCE IT IS UNACCEPTABLE. P.S.( I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU ALL AGAIN NOR WILL I RECOMMEND YOU TO FAMILY,FRIENDS, CUSTOMERS , BUSINESS ASSOCIATES,ETC. "

"I still have not received my order. You gave shipping info wrong. Mixed up billing address with shipping address.They have correct Street, but my billing Town & zip code. Now UPS says I have to wait for a post card with control #. They have wrong delivery address.I need this gift to arrive by Fri/11/20. I am Very upset. UPS says you can call & correct this mess."

"Terrible Terrible service. I placed an order and it came damaged beyond use. I called customer service (they were all very nice but did nothing)they told me I can either return it and pay a fee AND shipping both ways or I could get a replacement unit for no charge. I opted for the replacement unit, it has been two months and I still haven't received it. I shop online frequently and have never encountered such terrible service. Avoid doing business with Cymax if you place any value on customer service because it does not exist there. "

"Buyer beware! Terrible customer service. Inept and clueless! It has been 23 days since I placed my order. They had the nerve to charge my credit card without shipping. Made calls and no one knows anything. Passed from representative to representative and still have no answer! Still have not received my merchandise. Shop somewhere else! Whatever you do, do NOT buy from them!"

"Although they had the best price and I received my item in a week it wasn't worth it. I was called by the shipping company and told they would deliver it about noon. At 2pm, I still hadn't seen anyone, so I called. They told me that they couldn't find my house, so they decided to just finish their other deliveries (they were 1/2 block away and never called!). Then I was told between 4-5pm. At 5:15 still no one. I called the company again - at 6:30, they arrived (I was getting company at 6:30pm!). When we unpacked the item, the buffet I purchased had a nice big scratch on the side. NEVER do business with this company! I tried to contact them and never got a response."

"I was told the est ship date would be sept 15th, they didn't ship it until sept 25th. I won't receive it until Oct 2nd. That is nearly a month after ordering. I hope it is worth the wait."

"Ordered a coloring table for our child, did not show up when is was supposed to. Called cymax and they did not even know were the table was at or if it was even shipped. Five weeks later finally recieved table in the wrong color, but decieded to keep it anyways due to all the hassle!"

"I would never purchase from Cymax again. I ordered an inexpensive white nightstand. When it arrived, it was a yellow cream color and was scratched on the top. When I tried to return it, I had to write a letter, take pictures of the item, develop the pictures and send them in at my expense to prove my case. Only for them to take forever to decide if they were going to return the item. Still waiting to hear from them. This is a poor way to do business."

"DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CYMAX. The customer service are really bad. The staff doens't know what they are doing. I was transferred from one person to another. And it takes forever to get a refund. I didn't even open the box and still have to pay for the restocking fee even though it's not my fault that the item lost in transit. BAD EXPERIENCE!!! Be Careful!!!! They are clueless!!!!!!"

"Purchased dining room chair set from Cymax. Was charged immediately, prior to shipping. Was told item was on backorder 6-8 weeks. 10 weeks later, item was still not available. We cancelled our order because Cymax took no responsibility for item not being delivered on time. "

"We ordered two toddler beds from Cymax and one of the beds that was shipped to us was the wrong color. It took almost a month to resolve the issue and we still have yet to receive the correct bed. We got few updates from their customer service people and had to call repeatedly in order to get information. We were required to take pictures of the incorrect item and email them to prove to them that we had received the wrong item. Overall we are very disappointed with the service and will NOT use this company again in the future."
