"Merchandise is EXTREMELY overpriced for what you actually get. Damaged, poor quality pieces that had to be sent back; no hardware included; nightmare experience. They won't take it back with out charging you so much you may as well keep it! I will NEVER order from them ever again. Made me wait over a month to get the pieces and hardware and the finished result was FAR inferior to what was charged. Their restocking fees and shipping back make them a terrible place to shop. Save your money and go somewhere ELSE."

"I ordered from this company expecting to receive my purchase within a week. It did not ship for over a week and the tracking number I was given still does not register after 2 days. No fear though - my credit card was charged on the day of purchase. I still have no clue when my purchase will arrive. "

"I ordered an item and three weeks later had not received information regarding the shipment. I called Cymax, inquiring as to when the item would ship and they were unable to provide me with details. I waited a couple days, with no more information and requested a cancellation of the order. Later that day, after I requested cancellation I was issued a tracking number. I ordered the item elsewhere, which was much more responsive, I received the same item via another vender earlier than the one from Cymax. I am attempting to return the item to Cymax am now being charged restocking fees, shipping costs and the shipping fee to send it back when I cancelled the order because they couldn't stop it at Fed Ex, where it sat for a couple days after I cancelled. I'm extremely frustrated and after this bad experience would not recommend anyone shop here."

"Easy to look at and find exactly what we wanted. (DVD Holder) They had a large selection and the quality is amazing. Also it shipped within the day and was delivered quickly. My first experience ordering & will definitely be returning."

"Great experience from start to finish. The package arrived one day earlier then scheduled. It came in perfect shape. There were absolutely no parts missing or damaged. The instructions were perfectly clear. I took me 2 hours to put the cart together with absolutely no power tools. The result is beautiful. I love my new island cart. I live in a small apartment and I like the fact that it doesn't take much space but gives me a lot of storage. I am happy customer."

"Very happy with this purchase! Headboard looks even better than I expected and it was not hard to attach to bed frame. Arrived much faster than expected, delivered by UPS. I would use this company again and recommend them."

"I ordered 2 barstools, delivery was fast (they came 1 day befor they were susposed to), no dammage, really nice barstools, good workmanship/quality, nice price, the customer service was excelent and i likeed how when i called in my order they have a code on the bottom of the webpage of the barstools i wanted and the sales person saw the same webpage as i did, oh thought that was just awsome, i will definitly order from them again. "

"Great customer service. They follow up all customer service calls with an email detailing all the information that was discussed and the follow up action if any. All invoices are emailed to you and you can also check them out and print them from your account online. I ordered two weber grills and they came with no shipping and no tax and I received an online discount with a promotional code. Would definitely order from them again. "

"We ordered a TV console and thus far we have had 2 shipments and both have been refused due to damage. It has been 2 months since we ordered and paid for our item and still we do not have anything to show for our money. "

"A) product arrived in good condition B) Customer service responded to my questions, one returned my call and a second representative called to follow up which I found impressive. C) I found the length of time between placing the order and shipping inordinately long this cost Cymax a star. I'll purchase from them again "

"Items came well packed in two boxes and arrived quickly (four days). Bed assembly was uncomplicated; I assembled solo in about thirty minutes with one #2 cross tip screw driver. Bed frame is attractive and simple. Also very sturdy once together, no creaking and wobbling. I would recommend this bed for guest room, dorm room, or master."
