"You know how they say you get what you pay for? Well let me tell you these bar stools are awesome. I paid less than $100 apiece and they are better constructed and more appealing to the eye than $300 stools I was considering. Only took me 15 minutes each (I bought 5) to put together. They have caps on the feet to protect my wood floors and the color matches my granite island perfectly. I do a lot of online shopping and this company just made my top 3. What an incredible value!!! Plus free shipping!!!"

"No concrete idea of when an item will ship and it has still not arrived as the tracking number provided for Fedex was blank and therefore useless"

"Cymax, You are a wonderful shopping experience! My chair came quickly and was the best buy around. (I know, I looked!) It was a little difficult to assemble... But, once we (2 women - without power tools) got it together it looked and felt like a million bucks. I would do it again. And, I might. I will certainly recomend you to my friends! "We purchased a firepit coffee table thinking it would take about a week to get in. Much to our surprise our beautiful table arrived in perfect condition and exactly as described and pictured on the website......all within a couple of days from placement of order. "I placed an order for a Jofran table and received the merchandise in a timely manner and with no damage or other delivery problems. The table was exactly as described and when I did call Cymax for a clarification on the delivery notice sent from the shipper they were totally helpful. "Ease of ordering through one of their websites was excellent. The price for the item I purchased was the lowest I'd seen online. I was able to get free shipping/taxes through a promo on their site, which worked out for the best. My order arrived very quickly (within less than 7 business days), packaged very neatly, and with no problems regarding the quality of the merchandise. Very happy with this company! "

"Terrible Terrible service. I placed an order and it came damaged beyond use. I called customer service (they were all very nice but did nothing)they told me I can either return it and pay a fee AND shipping both ways or I could get a replacement unit for no charge. I opted for the replacement unit, it has been two months and I still haven't received it. I shop online frequently and have never encountered such terrible service. Avoid doing business with Cymax if you place any value on customer service because it does not exist there. "

"I had a great experience dealing with this company's sales staff. My furniture arrived exactly when they estimated it to arrive, and it came in good condition. My only gripe is that I didn't realize I would have an "International Service Fee" or FINANCE CHARGE on my VISA bill for doing business in Canada. Ouch. However I love my new office furniture and appreciated my salesperson, so I am going to pay the extra $$$ and TRY to smile."
