"I loved the fact that Cymax had the free shipping offer, and a variety of affordable cribs. When I ordered my crib it stated the item was "available". I decided to call CS 6/22, and found out that the item as on back order, was told it would arrive Aug 4th. I purchased the crib 6/18. Got a surprise email 7/10/09 and was told it was on it's way to me. Recieved it 7/10. Dissapointed initially about the delays, but surprised to have gotten it earlier than originally expected."

"The webisete was very hard to use as far as tracking your package. I did however eventually get an email that allowed me to do that, but most websites have an option to do so. Also, my package took longer than I anticipated and when it got here the box was damaged and had a hole in the side of it. Also the product inside of the box was dirty (was this a return? the box was taped shut.) I probably will not purchase anything else in the future."

"The bed arrived broken and cracked (not from shipping). The wood is flimsy and we would have returned it except customer has to pay for shipping and restocking fee (expensive). After submitting photos to prove damage and waiting two weeks for approval we got a replacement. Everyone I talked to was polite and helpful especially (Cindy H). The return policy needs to change! The quality of the set is average. The assembly directions were easy to understand. UPS does not have a sheet for a customer to sign when the package arrives and further more does not have time to wait for the customer to inspect the package...so the policy stating that damage must be reported upon arrival or parts will not be replaced makes no sense!"
