It exceeded my expectations, light was a little bright at night but then i found you can turn it off if you want. Good sound quality if you use good speakers, the ipod hook up worked for more than just an ipod, i hooked my computer to it and get even more music using it. I have it installed in my motorhome and now use it for surround sound when watching movies on my computer which is hooked to our flat screen.
