"I really appreciated the ease of use of the order page. Price of the product and shipping/handling fees were plainly displayed and itemized so that I knew my total cost BEFORE having to enter any credit card information. Some other sites require you to create an account with them or log in or to input all your personal information including credit card numbers before they'll show you the shipping costs. My thought is that if the site is asking for too much information before it will disclose the total cost, then it's not being completely honest with the transaction (i.e. they could be collecting all that information to put me onto some sort of mailing or spam list). I will seldom if ever do business on a site that will only disclose the total cost to me if I give them my personal information first. Thank you again for making it easy to purchase from you. "

"I purchased an item from Deal Source Direct which was shipped two days later than advertised. I had to call to get a tracking number and to confirm when the item was shipped. After receiving the item, I called several times for 4 weeks to try to return it, leaving voice messages because no one answered the phone; received one response who advised me he would send me return information within 12 hours via email. More than a week later, and after leaving several more voice messages, I have yet to receive the return information. I will not use this company again."
