"I purchased an item from Deal Source Direct which was shipped two days later than advertised. I had to call to get a tracking number and to confirm when the item was shipped. After receiving the item, I called several times for 4 weeks to try to return it, leaving voice messages because no one answered the phone; received one response who advised me he would send me return information within 12 hours via email. More than a week later, and after leaving several more voice messages, I have yet to receive the return information. I will not use this company again."
