I have never ever deep fried ANYTHING in my life. My husband is born and raised in NC so I had to figure it out sooner or later. I LOVE this product. Perfect every time! EASY clean up. Easy directions. The magnetic plug safety feature can be a pain, but it makes sense to have it. Great product!
