"I order most of kitchen and bath sink and shower from DPO. Most of the product arrived as promised time. However, there is one item the shower base the lead time was from 2-3 weeks. but I haven't received it since 7 weeks."

"selection and prices are excellent. but I ordered an Amer. Stand. faucet and there was no way of easily ordering the finishing handles. that option should have been with the faucet. the search did not turn up handles and I had to buy them at another online store."

"I was a little disappointed when I heard from UPS that there was an extra 70.00 involved. When I typed in Moen Canada and was sent to a USA website with out my knowledge I think I wouldn't have bought from it. Nowhere did it say this is a US site do you want to continue or that there was the extra fee for brokerage fees involved until I had actually bought the item and the confirmation e-mail says I can't return the item. All of my faucets are MOEN and extremely happy with them however, I feel that I was mislead.

"The prices are great, but you cannot rely on the stated availability. I rush ordered at item that said it usually ships same business day, and found out the next day (too late to order from somewhere else) that it was not available for 3-4 weeks."

"I was able to find the product I wanted pretty easily, but I could not find the shipping information. I had to email a representative (which took a couple days)to find out how long it would take to get my order and even then I didn't get specific timing. She just said it was in stock. I placed my order and hopefully we will get it soon. "
