"They quickly took my money and sent the ring but the when the stones became loose they would not return my emails or phone calls to tell me how they would honor the 5 year warranty they claimed came with my ring. Their US "office" closed and now you can only leave a message. Their main office is located in India so good luck with your purchase problems!"
