"I found the website easy to use and the prices competitive. Unfortunately, as with other buyers mentioned here, a call was required to complete the order as they needed a number on the back of my card. This didn't happen until the next day delaying my order. No compensation was given. During the call I was pressured to upgrade my package and purchase an extended warranty. The site said everything shipped together but on delivery I was missing 2 items. I called the store and reached a rude gentlemen who put me on hold twice. He told me the rest shipped separately. He couldn't give me a shipping number or arrival date. I had no notice of this as both the package slip and website said everything shipped. My e-mails have gone unanswered at the time of this writing."
